In Loving Memory of Mr. Sheely

The loss of Mr. Grant Sheely has affected the entire Noah Wallace and Farmington community. Mr. Sheely grew up in Farmington and taught for 36 years in the Farmington Public Schools. Whenever asked what he taught, his first answer was "Children", as he knew his responsibility and influence went way beyond Physical Education. Mr. Sheely made children believe that they could do anything they set their mind to and that the doing and trying was what really mattered, not the judgement of success by anyone or any other measure. His greatest pleasure was helping every child find the good in themselves and feel truly valued just by being who they are. Generations of Farmington students and parents will take with them the spirit and love of Mr. Sheely into their futures.
